About · a CRM for teams of 2 to 15

Keepsly

Built for the person who has to remember what was promised on the 4th

A small CRM with one job: nothing a customer told you should depend on who was sitting at which desk that day.

01The problem

A deal’s history lives in three inboxes, one notebook and a spreadsheet tab called “Final_v3”.

Small sales teams do not lack a CRM. They have had one, usually for eleven weeks. Then the entry form got longer than the call, nobody filled it in, and the truth went back to the places it had always lived: sent folders, sticky notes, someone’s memory of a Wednesday.

Keepsly starts from the opposite end. The record writes itself from the email, the calendar invite and the call you were already having. You add the part only a person can add: what the customer actually meant.

The result is one timeline per contact and a short list each morning, in the order you should ring them. That is the whole product. Everything else exists to keep those two things correct.

Built for teams of 2 to 15, where the person selling is also the person remembering.

02Principles

Four rules we check every change against.

Typing is the last resort

If an email, an invite or a call can fill a field, it fills it. A new required field has to beat that bar before it ships, and so far none has.

A number must show its arithmetic

A score of 91 says why: one reply, three opens, the right headcount. Commit counts Proposal and later; best case adds Qualified. Nothing is a black box with a percentage on it.

Remember on your behalf, never speak on it

Keepsly flags a deal after nine quiet days. It does not send the nudge email for you. The message to a customer is yours to write, and it stays that way.

One screen should take one kettle

The forecast is readable in the time it takes water to boil. If a view needs a tour, the view is wrong, not the visitor.

03How it’s run

Priced once a year, supported by email, changed in public.

Billing

3 plans, one price each

$109, $239 or $420 a year, in USD, billed once. The only variable is how many contacts you keep. There is no seat counter running in the background.

Everything is on the pricing page, including the part that is not included.

Support

Email, read by the people who change the product

Write to contact@keepslystudio.com. Replies come from whoever can fix the problem, not from a script that apologises first.

Changes

A changelog that lists what broke, too

Every release gets a dated entry. If we shipped a mistake, the entry says so and says what we did about it.

04Where it’s going

Next on the list, in the order we intend to do it.

Dates are left off on purpose. Items move when we learn something.

In progress
Quiet thresholds per stage

Nine days is a fair default for Lead and far too long for Proposal. Each stage will get its own number.

Next
Score signal editor

Pick which two signals drive a score and see the ranking change before you save.

Next
Forecast by owner

Commit and best case split by teammate, so Thursday’s argument has names attached.

Later
Shared timelines across companies

One company, several contacts, one combined history, without merging anyone’s notes.

Not planned
Auto-sent follow-ups

Keepsly will keep remembering for you. The writing stays with you.

05Your move

Somebody should write it all down. It might as well be the software.

Pocket is $109 a year for one seller and 500 contacts. Territory is $420 for everyone else. Closer sits in between at $239.
